Amazing Experience at Operation Falafel JBR! I went here with my sisters and we had such a wonderful time! First of all, the customer service is superb the staff are super friendly and very accommodating They constantly checked on us to see if we needed anything, and were always attentive. The food was absolutely delicious definitely a 10/10! Every dish we tried was flavorful and fresh. The place itself is cozy and relaxing, a perfect spot to enjoy a meal with family and friends. What made our visit even more special was that they gave us a free bottled cake with a sweet note such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel really appreciated as customers. Special thanks to Rica, Charlote, and Darwin for the amazing customer service! We truly felt special and we’re already planning to come back, and bring more friends with us next time! Highly recommended!

Operation Falafel in JBR delivers an impressive blend of exceptional food and genuine hospitality. The staff are very professional, they’re attentive, very welcoming with warmth and courtesy. The dishes reflect true culinary craftsmanship — the falafel is crisp and the flavor is so amazing, a taste you can’t resist, the shawarma tender and perfectly seasoned, and the hummus remarkably smooth. Each plate showcases authenticity and care in preparation where tou can tell its prepared qith love and professionalism. In every respect, Operation Falafel demonstrates that excellence lies in both the quality of its cuisine and the integrity of its people. A truly commendable experience. Would love to recommend with friends and surely I’ll be back so soon.
